Common use of Consultation Rights Clause in Contracts

Consultation Rights. Without in any way limiting any remedy that the Agent, the Holders or the Lenders may have, at law or in equity, under any Transaction Document (including under the foregoing provisions of this Article 10) or otherwise, upon the occurrence and during the continuance of any Event of Default, upon the request of the Agent, the Credit Parties shall hire or otherwise retain a consultant, advisor or similar Person acceptable to the Agent to advise the Credit Parties with respect to their business and operations.

Consultation Rights. Without in any way limiting any remedy that the Agent, the Lender or other Holders or the Lenders may have, at law or in equity, under any Transaction Document (including under the foregoing provisions of this Article ARTICLE 10) or otherwise, upon the occurrence and during the continuance of any Event of Default, upon the request of the AgentLender and/or any other Holders, the Credit Parties shall use commercially reasonable efforts to hire or otherwise retain a consultant, advisor or similar Person reasonably acceptable to the Agent Lender and the Credit Parties to advise the Credit Parties with respect to their business and operations.
