Common use of Consultation Process Clause in Contracts

Consultation Process. (i) In the event the Trustees are required to consult with the Future Claimants' Representative pursuant to Section 2.2(e) above or on any other matters specified herein, the Trustees shall provide the Future Claimants' Representative with written advance notice of the matter under consideration, and with all relevant information concerning the matter as is reasonably practicable under the circumstances. The Trustees shall also provide the Future Claimants' Representative with such reasonable access to Professionals and other experts retained by the PI Trust and its staff (if any) as the Future Claimants' Representative may reasonably request during the time that the Trustees are considering such matter, and shall also provide the Future Claimants' Representative the opportunity, at reasonable times and for reasonable periods of time, to discuss and comment on such matter with the Trustees.
