  • INDEPENDENT RELATIONSHIP This Agreement is not intended to constitute, create, give effect to or otherwise recognize a joint venture, partnership, or formal business organization, or agency agreement of any kind, and the rights and obligations of the Parties shall be only those expressly set forth herein.

  • Scope of Relationship The parties agree that the relationship established by this Agreement is non-exclusive. Without limiting the foregoing and subject to the provisions of Sections 14 and 20 of this Agreement, each party hereto is expressly permitted, without the need for obtaining any further consent or approval from the other party hereto, to market, offer, sell, broker, underwrite and/or provide other products and services, including, without limitation, any other loan products and services and specifically including, without limitation, any loan products and services similar in scope and nature to the Loans and the related services contemplated by the Program Guidelines, through any of their respective distribution channels and the distribution channels of their respective Third Party Service Providers, including, without limitation, any of such distribution channels through which Loans are offered pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Consultation 10.1 The Employer agrees to consult the Employee timeously where the exercising of its powers will have amongst others-

  • Employment of Relatives The School and its employees shall comply with state law prohibiting the employment of relatives which prohibits the appointment, employment, promotion, or advancement, or the advocacy for appointment, employment, promotion, or advancement in or to a position in the charter school in which the personnel are serving or over which the personnel exercises jurisdiction or control of an individual who is a relative.

  • Union Consultation The Union is entitled to consult the Employer or its representative, whenever it is alleged that Employees are required to work unreasonable amounts of overtime.

  • INDEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Income derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of professional services or other activities of an independent character shall be taxable only in that State except in the following circumstances, when such income may also be taxed in the other Contracting State:

  • Employment Relationship Employment with the Company is for no specific period of time. Your employment with the Company will be “at will,” meaning that either you or the Company may terminate your employment at any time and for any reason, with or without cause. Any contrary representations that may have been made to you are superseded by this letter agreement. This is the full and complete agreement between you and the Company on this term. Although your job duties, title, compensation and benefits, as well as the Company’s personnel policies and procedures, may change from time to time, the “at will” nature of your employment may only be changed in an express written agreement signed by you and a duly authorized officer of the Company (other than you).

  • Prior consultation It is expected that the Parents, or duly authorised education guardian, will consult personally with the Head or with the Head's authorised deputy before Notice of Withdrawal is given by the Parents.

  • Termination Other Than for Cause A. Pursuant to this provision, the Judicial Council may terminate this Agreement for convenience at any time, upon providing the Contractor written Notice identifying the effective date of termination. Upon the effective date of the termination Notice for convenience, the Contractor shall promptly discontinue all services affected unless the Notice specifies otherwise.

  • Tribal Consultation 1. For FEMA Undertakings on Tribal lands or potentially affecting properties of religious and cultural significance to Tribes, and where no tribe-specific consultation agreements or protocols are in place, FEMA shall consult with affected Tribe(s) or in accordance with 36 CFR Part 800. In determining who the affected Tribe(s) may be, FEMA will first establish that it is a type of Undertaking with potential to affect historic properties with religious and cultural significance and may consult with the SHPO and Tribe(s), and may access the National Park Service (NPS) Native American Consultation Database or other tools to identify geographic tribal interests.
