NAME/PURPOSE The name of this cooperative service program is the Snohomish County Detention Center Educational Program (hereinafter referred to as "Program"). The general purpose of the cooperative is to provide educational programs for children and youth confined in Snohomish County juvenile detention center as authorized by RCW 28A.310.180 and/or other applicable laws.
