Common use of Consultation Committee Clause in Contracts

Consultation Committee. In order to promote the free flow of information among the Union, the District, and the Board, the Union and the District agree to establish a Consultation Committee composed of three representatives of the Union selected by the Union, and the Superintendent or designee, and the District’s Maintenance Director. The Consultation Committee shall meet at mutually agreed upon times as needed, to discuss matters of mutual concern.

The Consultation Committee shall meet at mutually agreed upon times as needed, and places at least one time per year to discuss matters of mutual concerninterest.
