Consultant’s Project Manager. Consultant’s Project Manager is Xxxxx Xxxx. In the event that Consultant’s designated Project Manager is changed, Consultant shall give the City prompt written notification of such re-designation. Recognizing the need for consistency and knowledge in the administration of the Project, Consultant’s Project Manager will not be changed without the written consent of the City, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. In the event the City receives any communication from Consultant that is not from Consultant’s designated Project Manager, the City may request verification by Consultant’s Project Manager, which verification must be promptly furnished.
Consultant’s Project Manager. The Consultant appoints the person named below as its Project Representative for the purposes of this Agreement (the "Consultant’s Project Manager").
Consultant’s Project Manager. The CONSULTANT agrees to employ and designate a qualified professional to serve as its Project Manager. The CONSULTANT’s Project Manager shall have full authority to bind and obligate the CONSULTANT on any matter arising under this Agreement, and/or any Amendment(s) hereto. The CONSULTANT agrees that its Project Manager shall devote whatever time is required to satisfactorily manage the professional services of the CONSULTANT throughout the entire term of this Agreement, and/or any Amendment(s) hereto. The person or individual selected by the CONSULTANT to serve as its Project Manager is subject to prior approval and acceptance by the COUNTY.
Consultant’s Project Manager. Consultant’s PA Project Manager is . All communication and submittal of future invoices shall be through the Consultant’s Project Manager.

In the event that Consultant's designated Project Manager is changed, Consultant shall give City prompt written notification of such resignation. In the event that City receives any communication from Consultant of whatsoever nature which is not executed by Consultant's designated Project Manager, City may request clarification by Consultant's Project Manager, which shall be promptly furnished.

Consultant’s Project Manager. The individual designated by the Consultant to be responsible for overall coordination, oversight, and management of the Work for Consultant.
Consultant’s Project Manager. Consultant designates , as its Project Manager for this Agreement. Consultant’s Project Manager, or County-approved designee, shall be accessible to County’s Contract Administrator, or designee, during normal County working hours and shall respond within twenty-four (24) hours to County inquiries or requests. Consultant’s Project Manager shall be responsible for all matters related to Consultant’s personnel, operations and any subconsultants authorized under this Agreement including, but not limited to (1) assigning qualified personnel to perform the work and to prepare the deliverables required by the Agreement; and (2) reviewing, monitoring, training and directing Consultant’s personnel and any subconsultants authorized herein.
Consultant’s Project Manager. Consultant shall designate a Consultant Project Manager for each Project who shall provide coordination between Consultant and County with respect to the Project.
