Common use of Consultant's Accounting Records Clause in Contracts

Consultant's Accounting Records. Consultant shall maintain all accounting records related to this Agreement in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and state law requirements, and in no event for less than four years. Consultant’s accounting records shall include, at a minimum, all documents which support Consultant’s costs and expenses related to this Agreement, including personnel, subconsultant invoices and payments, and reimbursable expenses. Consultant’s accounting records shall be made available to City within a reasonable time after City’s request, during normal business hours.
