Consultant's Accounting Records. All books and records relating to this Agreement shall be maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. University or University's authorized representative shall have access to and the right to audit and the right to copy all of Consultant's books and records. Consultant records shall include but not be limited to accounting records (hard copy, as well as computer readable data if it can be made available); contracts; payroll records; subconsultant agreements; vendor agreements; purchase orders; leases; original estimates; estimating work sheets; correspondence; receipts; memoranda; and any other supporting evidence deemed necessary to substantiate charges under this agreement. All such books and records shall be preserved for a period of at least 3 years from the date of Final Payment under this Agreement.

Consultant's Accounting Records. Records of the Consultant’s Direct Personnel, Consultant, and reimbursable Expense pertaining to this Agreement and records of accounts between the Principal Representative and Consultant shall be kept on a generally recognized accounting basis and shall be available to the Principal Representative at mutually convenient times and extending to three (3) years after final payment under this Agreement.
Consultant's Accounting Records. 11.6.1 Records of Reimbursable Expenses and expenses pertaining to Additional Services and services performed on the basis of a multiple of Direct Personnel Expense shall be available to the Owner or the Owner's authorized representative for audit and inspection at mutually convenient times.
Consultant's Accounting Records. 10.6.1 The Consultant shall keep detailed records of all Reimbursable Expenses and all charges for Basic Services and Additional Services to the extent that such charges are calculated on the basis of billable hourly rate(s) of the applicable employee(s). Such records shall be kept in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and in accordance with applicable law, and shall be made available to the Owner or the Owner’s authorized representative at the Consultant’s office or at another mutually agreeable location upon seven (7) days prior notice during the term of this Agreement and thereafter as provided herein or required by law. If any audit, inspection or examination performed by or on behalf of the Owner discloses overcharges (of any nature) by the Consultant to the Owner, the Consultant shall immediately rebate to the Owner the total amount of such overcharge together with an overcharge assessment equal to ten percent (10%) of the overcharge amount. In addition, if the overcharge amount is equal to or greater than one percent (1%) of the total compensation for Basic Services payable by the Owner hereunder, the cost of the Owner’s audit shall be reimbursed to the Owner by the Consultant.

Consultant's Accounting Records. 11.1 Records of the CONSULTANT's Direct Personnel, Consultant(s) and Reimbursable Expenses pertaining to this project and records of accounts between the OWNER and Contractor shall be kept on a generally recognized accounting basis and shall be available to the OWNER or his/her authorized representative at mutually convenient times. The OWNER may obtain copies of any documents related to the project at any time. All documents shall be retained for at least 5 years after project completion, until the completion of negotiation and appeals, whichever is later.

Consultant’s accounting records shall include, at a minimum, all documents which support Consultant’s costs and expenses related to this Agreement, including personnel, subconsultant invoices and payments, and reimbursable expenses. Consultant’s accounting records shall be made available to City within a reasonable time after City’s request, during normal business hours.

Consultant's Accounting Records. A. Accounting System & Records Retention Consultant must maintain an accounting system in accordance with current standards of accounting and financial reporting for the purpose of supporting payments for Services authorized under this PSA. Consultant must retain such records for three (3) years from expiration or termination of this PSA, or until all claims, if any, have been disposed of, whichever period is longer.
