Consultant Teachers. A consultant teacher who assumes the responsibility of working with a teacher who has received an unsatisfactory rating will require time and commitment beyond the regular school day. The consultant teacher may be compensated up to $1,000. The hourly rate will be determined by dividing the beginning teacher salary by the number of days in the school calendar inclusive of paid holidays, then by 6.5 and rounded to the nearest dollar. It is recognized that the amount of time involved may vary significantly in each remedial circumstance depending on the individual teacher, the remedial plan, and other related factors.

Consultant Teachers. Where possible, in a given year, elementary consultant teachers shall be limited to no more than two grade levels. Every effort will be made to provide for a daily common planning time for the general education and consultant teacher who share the same students.

Consultant Teachers. Will not exceed a caseload greater than 15. All consultant teachers will be trained and certified in the evaluation system. Consultant teachers are 10 month employees who work a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of their clients.   • Consultant Personnel Consultant shall provide adequate, experienced personnel, capable of and devoted to the successful performance of the Services under this Agreement. Consultant agrees to assign specific individuals to key positions. If deemed qualified, the Consultant is encouraged to hire City residents to fill vacant positions at all levels. Consultant agrees that, upon commencement of the Services to be performed under this Agreement, key personnel shall not be removed or replaced without prior written notice to the City. If key personnel are not available to perform the Services for a continuous period exceeding 30 calendar days, or are expected to devote substantially less effort to the Services than initially anticipated, Consultant shall immediately notify the City of same and shall, subject to the concurrence of the City, replace such personnel with personnel possessing substantially equal ability and qualifications.

  • Consulting Teachers A. A Consulting Teacher is a permanent status unit member who provides assistance to a Participating Teacher and assists Probationary Teachers as a Support Provider as the caseload formula allows. Consulting Teachers shall possess the following qualifications:

The Board agrees to employ only those teachers who hold at least a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and are certifiable by the New Hampshire State Department of Education. This provision shall not apply in the instance where the availability of personnel is critical and an appropriate waiver is granted by the New Hampshire State Department of Education.

  • Consultant’s Representative Consultant hereby designates XXXXXX, or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Agreement (“Consultant’s Representative”). Consultant’s Representative shall have full authority to represent and act on behalf of the Consultant for all purposes under this Agreement.   • TRAINING AND EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT 9.1 The Employer and the Union recognize the value and benefit of education and training designed to enhance an employee’s ability to perform their job duties. Training and employee development opportunities will be provided to employees in accordance with college/district policies and available resources.

  • Traveling Teachers 1. Each traveling teacher shall be given a minimum of fifteen (15) minutes to travel from one building to another. The fifteen (15) minutes shall come from the total student contact time of the traveling teacher.
