Consultant Teachers. A consultant teacher who assumes the responsibility of working with a teacher who has received an unsatisfactory rating will require time and commitment beyond the regular school day. The consultant teacher may be compensated up to $1,000. The hourly rate will be determined by dividing the beginning teacher salary by the number of days in the school calendar inclusive of paid holidays, then by 6.5 and rounded to the nearest dollar. It is recognized that the amount of time involved may vary significantly in each remedial circumstance depending on the individual teacher, the remedial plan, and other related factors.

Consultant Teachers. Where possible, in a given year, elementary consultant teachers shall be limited to no more than two grade levels. Every effort will be made to provide for a daily common planning time for the general education and consultant teacher who share the same students.

  • Consultant Personnel Consultant shall provide adequate, experienced personnel, capable of and devoted to the successful performance of the Services under this Agreement. Consultant agrees to assign specific individuals to key positions. If deemed qualified, the Consultant is encouraged to hire City residents to fill vacant positions at all levels. Consultant agrees that, upon commencement of the Services to be performed under this Agreement, key personnel shall not be removed or replaced without prior written notice to the City. If key personnel are not available to perform the Services for a continuous period exceeding 30 calendar days, or are expected to devote substantially less effort to the Services than initially anticipated, Consultant shall immediately notify the City of same and shall, subject to the concurrence of the City, replace such personnel with personnel possessing substantially equal ability and qualifications.

  • Consulting Teachers A. A Consulting Teacher is a permanent status unit member who provides assistance to a Participating Teacher and assists Probationary Teachers as a Support Provider as the caseload formula allows. Consulting Teachers shall possess the following qualifications:

  • Traveling Teachers 1. Each traveling teacher shall be given a minimum of fifteen (15) minutes to travel from one building to another. The fifteen (15) minutes shall come from the total student contact time of the traveling teacher.
