Consultant Staff. 9.1 Consultant has been selected to perform the work herein because of the skills and expertise of key individuals. Consultant shall furnish the names of all people in Consultant’s firm who shall be assigned to a task prior to issuance of a Work Authorization. If any person fails to perform to the reasonable satisfaction of the District, then upon written notice the Consultant shall have five (5) days to remove that person from the Program and Consultant must replace that person with one acceptable to the District as quickly as is reasonably possible, but in no event longer than thirty days from District’s notice to remove the person. The cost of replacing personnel shall be at Consultant’s expense. All personnel for any subconsultant must also be designated by the subconsultant and are subject to all conditions previously stated in this paragraph. District reserves the right to interview any assigned or replacement staff and to approve or reject that individual.
Consultant Staff. 6.1 The Consultant shall act as an independent contractor under this Agreement and, except where this Agreement otherwise expressly provides, none of the Consultant’s staff shall be deemed to be the employees, agents or representatives of the Customer.
Consultant Staff. Consultant shall assign an individual who will serve as Client's primary point of contact (the "Consultant Project Manager") on all aspects of this Agreement, including the Services. The Consultant Project Manager shall be available on-site at Client's premises during such periods as required by Client. The Consultant Project Manager shall oversee and manage the performance of the dedicated Consultant staff (the "Project Team"), performing the Services for Client under this Agreement.
Consultant Staff. Consultant will provide adequate staff to render the Services. In the event that any Consultant staff is found to be unacceptable to Customer, Customer shall notify Consultant of such fact and Consultant shall work with Customer to resolve the problem including removal of staff and providing a replacement acceptable to Customer.
Consultant Staff. The professional staff identified in the CONSULTANT proposal dated August 29, 2007 shall be the professional staff preparing the agreed upon documents for City review. There shall be no change to the identified staff unless the CITY has reviewed the qualifications of the proposed staff and agreed to the change.

  • Medical Director The Contractor shall employ the services of a Medical Director who is a licensed Indiana Health Care Provider (IHCP) provider board certified in family medicine or internal medicine. If the Medical Director is not board certified in family medicine, they shall be supported by a clinical team with experience in pediatrics, behavioral health, adult medicine and obstetrics/gynecology. The Medical Director shall be dedicated full-time to the Contractor’s Indiana Medicaid product lines. The Medical Director shall oversee the development and implementation of the Contractor’s disease management, case management and care management programs; oversee the development of the Contractor’s clinical practice guidelines; review any potential quality of care problems; oversee the Contractor’s clinical management program and programs that address special needs populations; oversee health screenings; serve as the Contractor’s medical professional interface with the Contractor’s primary medical providers (PMPs) and specialty providers; and direct the Quality Management and Utilization Management programs, including, but not limited to, monitoring, corrective actions and other quality management, utilization management or program integrity activities. The Medical Director, in close coordination with other key staff, is responsible for ensuring that the medical management and quality management components of the Contractor’s operations are in compliance with the terms of the Contract. The Medical Director shall work closely with the Pharmacy Director to ensure compliance with pharmacy-related responsibilities set forth in Section 3.4. The Medical Director shall attend all OMPP quality meetings, including the Quality Strategy Committee meetings. If the Medical Director is unable to attend an OMPP quality meeting, the Medical Director shall designate a representative to take his or her place. Notwithstanding the Medical Director ‘s sending of a representative, the Medical Director shall be responsible for knowing and taking appropriate action on all agenda and action items from all OMPP quality meetings.

  • Engagement of Consultant The Company hereby engages Consultant to ------------------------- assist the Company in programming services.
