Consultant Not Agent. Except as authorized under this Agreement or as City may authorize in a letter of authorization signed by the City Manager or his or her designee, Consultant shall have no authority, express or implied to act on behalf of City in any capacity whatsoever as an agent. Consultant shall have no authority, express or implied, under this Agreement, to bind City to any obligation whatsoever.
Consultant Not Agent. Except as County may specify in writing Consultant shall have no authority, express or implied, to act on behalf of County in any capacity whatsoever as an agent. Consultant shall have no authority, express or implied, pursuant to this Agreement to bind County to any obligation whatsoever.

Except as Manager may specify in writing, Consultant, and its agents, employees, subcontractors and subconsultants shall have no authority, expressed or implied, to act on behalf of Successor Agency in any capacity, as agents or otherwise, or to bind Successor Agency to any obligation.

Consultant shall have no authority, express or implied, pursuant to this Agreement to bind City to any obligation whatsoever. C-4. Time and Personnel Devoted to Work. Consultant shall devote such time and personnel (including subconsultants) to the performance of services pursuant to this Agreement as may be reasonably necessary for satisfactory performance of Consultant's obligations pursuant to this Agreement in accordance with the completion schedule for said work, if any, which is a part of this Agreement.

CONSULTANT shall have no authority, express or implied, pursuant to this Agreement to bind COUNTY to any obligation whatsoever.

CONSULTANT shall have no authority, express or implied, pursuant to this Agreement, to bind CITY to any obligation whatsoever.

Consultant Not Agent. Except as NLTRA may specify in writing, TCDA shall have no authority, express or implied, to act on behalf of NLTRA in any capacity as an agent. TCDA shall not have authority, express or implied, pursuant to this Agreement to bind NLTRA to any contractual obligation whatsoever.
