Consultant Educator / Consultant Researcher. A Consultant Educator / Consultant Researcher will: Lead, co-ordinate and manage research projects at the work unit, region, and/or SA Health Local Health Network, SA Health Statewide Service, State and possibly the National levels, relevant to discipline and AHP evidence based practice and/or service improvement. Develop and provide state-wide AHP education programs and resources. Maintain a clinical caseload commensurate with education and research responsibilities. ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONAL LEVEL 6 Employees at AHP 6 will: Have evidence of higher qualifications relevant to health care. Have discipline recognition at a State-wide, national and/or international level within the relevant discipline. Create a strategic framework and direct the development of professional competence within a service area and relevant multi-discipline State-wide services. Establish frameworks for the advancement and integration of disciplines to support the delivery of quality State-wide health services within relevant Agency, Government or national directions. Strategically manage a discipline specific workforce which provides State-wide services or a multi-disciplinary workforce across a region, SA Health Local Health Network or SA Health Statewide Service. Provide professional policy development advice to Government. Provide authoritative and specialist consultancy services which has impacts beyond the State. Be professionally recognised as having a statewide, national and/or international reputation as a specialist in the professional discipline which is confirmed by the publication of papers and external invitations to teach or speak to professional bodies/educational institutions on subject material which demands high level professional expertise. Determine strategic directions and operational standards and objectives within the Agency and industry. Actively contribute as a member on State-wide and national committees. Have a management focus and be under the broad direction of an executive level position. Related to Consultant Educator / Consultant Researcher

  • Consultant Personnel Consultant shall provide adequate, experienced personnel, capable of and devoted to the successful performance of the Services under this Agreement. Consultant agrees to assign specific individuals to key positions. If deemed qualified, the Consultant is encouraged to hire City residents to fill vacant positions at all levels. Consultant agrees that, upon commencement of the Services to be performed under this Agreement, key personnel shall not be removed or replaced without prior written notice to the City. If key personnel are not available to perform the Services for a continuous period exceeding 30 calendar days, or are expected to devote substantially less effort to the Services than initially anticipated, Consultant shall immediately notify the City of same and shall, subject to the concurrence of the City, replace such personnel with personnel possessing substantially equal ability and qualifications.

  • ENGAGEMENT OF CONSULTANT The Company hereby engages Consultant to ------------------------- assist the Company in programming services.

  • Consultant Consultant agrees to indemnify, defend, and shall hold harmless Client, its directors, employees and agents, and defend any action brought against same with respect to any claim, demand, cause of action, debt or liability, including reasonable attorneys' fees, to the extent that such an action arises out of the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Consultant.

  • Consultant Services 4.1 The Consultant agrees to perform the following services and undertake the following responsibilities and duties to the Company to be provided by the Consultant to the Company as consulting services (the "Consulting Services"):

  • Engagement of Contractor 1.01 The Authority hereby engages the Contractor and the Contractor agrees to perform the services as set forth in Exhibit A which is herein incorporated by reference.

  • Consultant Responsibilities 12.1. Consultant must make prompt payment for any claims for labor, materials, or services furnished to Consultant by any person in connection with this Agreement as such claims become due. Consultant shall not permit any liens or claims to be filed or prosecuted against the City on account of any labor or material furnished to or on behalf of Consultant. If Consultant fails, neglects, or refuses to make prompt payment of any such claim, the City may, but shall not be obligated to, pay such claim to the person furnishing the labor, materials, or services and offset the amount of the payment against funds due or to become due to Consultant under this Agreement. The City may also recover any such amounts directly from Consultant.

  • Goods, Works and Non-Consultant Services All goods, works and Non-Consultant Services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Loan shall be procured in accordance with the requirements set forth or referred to in Section I of the Procurement Guidelines, and with the provisions of this Section.

  • INDEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Income derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of professional services or other activities of an independent character shall be taxable only in that State except in the following circumstances, when such income may also be taxed in the other Contracting State:

  • Consultant Compensation F.1 The Consultant’s firm will be compensated for professional services as indicated in the Notice of Project Award in accordance with the fee proposal submitted by the Consultant and negotiated and/or accepted by the Owner.
