Construction Work. Special conditions include but are not restricted to such items as terms associated with Local Transportation and Expense Agreements, work jurisdiction associated with Article IV of this Agreement, staffing, premium rates of pay, shift work or working hours on Modernization, Construction, Repair and Contract Service. In the case of Contract Service, special conditions shall also include problems arising because of areas where an employee's physical well-being may be in jeopardy.
