Construction Team. The Contractor or any Subcontractor or Supplier employed directly or indirectly by or through the Contractor.
Construction Team. The CM, Owner and AE shall be called the "Construction Team" and shall work together as a team from the date established by the Notice to Proceed through construction completion. The CM and AE shall work jointly during the preconstruction design phase and through final construction completion and shall be available thereafter should additional services be required. Construction Team. The Design Builder, Design Builder Architect-Engineer, Project Design Criteria Professional, the Owner’s Commissioning Agent and the Owner, including their representatives, called the "Construction Team", shall work jointly during design and through final construction completion and shall be available thereafter should additional services be required. The Design Builder shall provide leadership during all project phases to the Design and Construction Team on all matters relating to design and construction. Nothing contained in the Contract Documents shall be construed to create a contractual relationship between any other person or entity other than the Owner and Design Builder. The Design Build Architect- Engineer, other design professionals and consultants engaged by the Design Builder shall be persons or entities duly licensed to practice their professions in the State of Florida.
Construction Team. The Contractor, Owner and Architect/Engineer shall be called the “Construction Team” and shall work together as a team commencing upon full execution of the Contract Documents through Substantial Completion. As provided in Section 2.2, the Contractor and Architect/Engineer shall work jointly through completion and shall be available thereafter should additional services be required. The Contractor shall provide leadership to the Construction Team on all matters relating to construction. The Contractor understands, acknowledges and agrees that the Architect/Engineer shall provide leadership to the Construction Team on all matters relating to design.
Construction Team. The working team established pursuant to Section 2.1.B.
Construction Team. The Tenant’s approved architect shall design Arrowhead Stadium Expansion and Renovation Plan, and the construction manager/general contractor selected by Xxxxxx and approved as set forth in subpart C above shall manage and construct Arrowhead Stadium Renovation. Selection of a Construction Manager, if any, shall comply with Applicable Laws.
Construction Team. Developer shall disclose to LAUSD each subcontractor listed by Contractor in the bid(s) recommended for acceptance by Developer for Construction or substituted pursuant to the Subletting and Subcontracting Fair Practices Act (Contract Code Section 4100 et seq.) (each, a "Major Sub" and collectively "Major Subs"), engineer, consultant and other professional retained for Construction (each, a "Consultant"). Developer shall, within 60 days following request by LAUSD, provide to LAUSD a list of all personnel, including Architect and Contractor, retained by Developer in connection with Construction (the "Construction Team") provided that in no event shall Developer be required to provide such list more than one time. Developer agrees to comply with California Labor Code ("Labor Code") Section 1771 in its retention of all members of the Construction Team.
