Construction Standards and Requirements. Grantee shall construct and maintain its Equipment using materials of good and durable quality and shall ensure that all work involved in the construction, installation, maintenance, and repair of the Cable System shall be performed in a safe, thorough and reliable manner.
Construction Standards and Requirements. All of the Grantee’s plant and equipment, including but not limited to the antenna site, head end and distribution system, towers, house connections, structures, poles, wire, cable, coaxial cable, fixtures and appurtenances shall be installed, located, erected, constructed, reconstructed, replaced, removed, repaired, maintained and operated in accordance with good engineering practices and performed by experienced maintenance and construction personnel.

The Facilities shall meet and comply with Company’s standards and specifications, and all engineering plans and specifications for the Facilities shall be approved by Company and its engineers (“Company’s Engineer”), prior to the commencement of construction. Company and Company’s Engineer shall review the plans and specifications and shall provide any requirements or comments as soon as practicable. Developer shall require that its contractor be bound by and conform to the plans and specifications for the Facilities as finally approved by Company. The construction and installation of the Facilities shall be in conformance with the applicable regulations of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (“ADEQ”), the Commission, and any other governmental authority having jurisdiction thereover.

All construction on the Property at the direction of the Developer shall be conducted and completed in accordance with the Town Ordinances, including, but not limited to setback requirements, building height requirements, lot coverage requirements, public improvements, including roadways and utilities, and all off-street parking requirements.

All of the Grantee's plant and equipment, 7 including but not limited to the antenna site, head-end and distribution system, towers, house 8 connections, structures, poles, wire, cable, coaxial cable, fixtures and appurtenances shall be 9 installed, located, erected, constructed, reconstructed, replaced, removed, repaired, maintained 10 and operated in accordance with good engineering practices and any generally applicable local 11 laws and regulations which are the result of the Franchising Authority’s exercise of its general 12 police powers and shall be performed by experienced maintenance and construction personnel.
