Construction Services Fee. Notwithstanding the stated fee set forth in paragraph 9.1.1 for Construction Services, the portion of the fee to be paid to the Construction Manager for the Construction Phase shall be determined and paid as follows:

Construction Services Fee. For the Performance of the Construction Services after the execution of the first amendment establishing and accepting the Guaranteed Maximum Price of the Work and with the addition of the second Amendment incorporating the first Bid Package and subsequent Amendments incorporating subsequent Bid Packages, the fee therefore as set forth in paragraphs 5.1.1 shall be paid monthly as described in the General Conditions with the total payment not to exceed the fee for such services as set forth in paragraph 5.1.1. and the portion of the fee to be paid shall be equivalent to the ratio of the dollar value of each Bid Package to the Guaranteed Maximum Price including the premiums for the Performance and Labor and Materials Payment Bonds with coverage up to the value of the Contract Sum.
Construction Services Fee. The Construction Services Fee is a fee that is fixed at the time of this Agreement, in the amount of and NO/100 Dollars ($ .00), which includes a Pre-Construction Services Fee in the amount of ($ .00) and a General Administrative Fee in the amount of _ _($ .00). Any so-called general conditions costs associated with the performance of Construction Services shall be limited to those shown on the Pricing Schedule (Exhibit 3), and which costs shall be included only in the General Administrative Fee, and not in the Cost of the Work.

The Guaranteed Maximum Price shall include all of the Design/Build Entity's obligations to be performed pursuant to the terms of the Contract Documents and may include, but not be limited to, the total of the following: The total of all prices already received for all items bid before the establishment of the Guaranteed Maximum Price; The Design/Build Entity’s estimate of the cost of all other Work to be performed but not yet bid, excluding the approved deductive alternates unless said Work can be incorporated into the Contract Documents by application of the contingency per the provisions of paragraphs 3.3.1 through 3.3.5, with the consent of the Design/Build Entity which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld; The installation cost of items to be procured by the Principal Representative and assigned to the Design/Build Entity for installation, as defined in the Contract Documents; The estimated maximum cost of all Work to be performed by the Design/Build Entity...

  • Installation Services 3.1 The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.
