Construction Scheduling Sample Clauses

The Construction Scheduling clause establishes the requirements and procedures for creating, submitting, and updating the project schedule during a construction project. Typically, it obligates the contractor to prepare a detailed timeline outlining the sequence and duration of all major construction activities, submit this schedule for approval, and regularly update it to reflect progress or changes. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of project timelines, facilitates coordination among stakeholders, and helps identify and address potential delays early, thereby promoting timely project completion.
