Common use of Construction Schedule Clause in Contracts

Construction Schedule. 7.22.1 The Contractor shall submit its detailed construction schedule to the Project Manager prior to the start of the work. The purpose of the schedule is to allow the Project Manager to monitor the Contractor’s progress on the work. The schedule shall account for normal inclement weather, unusual soil or other conditions that may influence the progress of the work, schedules and coordination required by any utility, off or on site fabrications, and all other pertinent factors that relate to progress.
