Common use of Construction Schedule and Periodic Estimates Clause in Contracts

Construction Schedule and Periodic Estimates. After execution and delivery of the Contract and before the first partial payment is made, the Contractor shall deliver to the City Representative a construction schedule showing the proposed dates of commencement and completion of each of the various activities; the work required under the Contract; the interrelationship of each activity; sequencing and timing of performance of each portion of the Project; and the anticipated amount of each monthly payment that will become due in accordance with the Construction Schedule. The Contractor shall also furnish a detailed estimate giving a complete breakdown on the Contract price and periodic itemized estimates of the Work done for the purpose of making partial payments. However, the same will not be considered as fixing a basis for additions to or deductions from the Contract price.
