Construction Progress. If actual progress indicates that the Developer will not perform the work as scheduled, the Developer shall prepare and submit a revised schedule for the City’s reasonable approval.

Construction Progress. If reasonably requested in writing by Owner at least three (3) Business Days prior to the making of an Interim Advance, attached hereto at Tab 1 is (a) an inspection report from an independent party and (b) true copies of unpaid invoices, receipted bills and Lien waivers and such other supporting information as may be requested by Owner.
