Construction Parking. The Redeveloper shall make arrangements with the Construction Code Official and the Police Department for parking of construction vehicles and construction worker’s vehicles, if such vehicles cannot be parked on the Project Site. The Redevelopment Entity agrees to place from time to time temporary “Emergency, No Parking” signs on the adjacent streets as reasonably requested by Redeveloper to accommodate Redeveloper’s construction activities.
Construction Parking. On street parking of construction workers shall be prohibited. On-site parking will be made available to construction workers; otherwise, workers will be required to park off-site at public parking lots or to use mass transit. A list of public parking lots will be provided to the Applicant's general contractor. The general contractor will coordinate off-site parking with its subcontractors to eliminate parking by construction personnel on adjacent residential streets. The Applicant will include a statement in its contract with the general contractor that parking by construction personnel and subcontractors in areas not specifically designated for parking is prohibited.
Construction Parking. 1 Parking will be permitted on site provided it does not disrupt performance of Work.

Construction Parking. Landlord shall provide, and neither Tenant nor Tenant’s Agents shall be charged for, on-site parking to the extent utilized in connection with the construction of the Tenant Improvements.
Construction Parking. Prior to the start of construction, Maret and the General Contractor will prepare a plan to accommodate parking and transportation during construction for the construction workers – i.e., the Construction Parking Plan (CPP). At a minimum, the plan will include:

Construction Parking. Subcontractor shall advise all of their employees that on-site parking is at a minimum. Parking in unauthorized parking areas on-site, within tree save areas, or outside of specifically designated parking areas will result in vehicles being towed at Subcontractor’s and/or vehicle owner’s expense. Requirements for supervisor and worker off-site parking shall be the responsibility of the subcontractor. Proper parking locations for construction parking will be noted on site by Construction Manager, and will be the only areas permitted to park.
Construction Parking. During the period of construction of the Project (a) should on-site parking be made available, any available parking on the Property shall be reserved for vehicles making deliveries or actively working on the Project or parking for full-time employees of the general contractor or other contractors, and other construction workers working on the Project shall either park at off-site public parking lots or utilize mass transit; (b) such general contractor shall supply all such construction workers with a list of public parking lots and shall coordinate off-site parking with its subcontractors to eliminate parking by construction personnel on adjacent residential streets. The Developer will include statements in its contract with the general contractor that parking on adjacent residential streets is prohibited, and such personnel may not in connection with their work on the Project seek to purchase parking permits or visitor passes from residents of blocks immediately adjacent to the Property.
Construction Parking. The City acknowledges the Property will be used for temporary staging of materials and equipment and parking exclusively for Lantana South during the construction of Lantana South in accordance with the Lantana South Construction Impact Mitigation Plan. During such time, Developer may provide tandem or offsite parking for the Project and Lantana Center and West. Such temporary uses shall cease on or before issuance of a certificate of occupancy for Lantana South.
