Common use of Construction of Public Improvements Clause in Contracts

Construction of Public Improvements. The Developer is to construct and install, according to Final Development Plans, all Public Improvements shown and set forth in the Final Development Plan.

The Developer is to construct and install, according to Final Development Plansplans and specifications submitted to Planning Commission, all Public Improvements shown and set forth in the Final Development PlanPlan contingently approved by Planning Commission on July 20, 2016.

Construction of Public Improvements. The Developer is to construct and install, according to Final Development Plansplans and specifications submitted to Planning Commission, all Public Improvements shown and set forth in the Final Development PlanPlan as approved by Planning Commission on August 19, 2015 and November 11, 2016. Upon completion, the City agrees to accept said improvements subject to the terms of this agreement.
