Construction Management Fee. The Construction Management Fee for the Project shall be either a ☒Lump Sum or ☐Not-To-Exceed Fee of Eighteen Thousand, Two Hundred Seventy-Seven Dollars and Sixteen Cents ($18,277.16). NOTE: Allowances will be on a Not-To-Exceed basis. All unused funds will be returned to the School District at the time of construction closeout. Fee will be paid only on cost of work for these items.
Construction Management Fee. In connection with the Construction Projects, on a project by project basis, Property Manager shall be paid a fee equal to five percent (5%) of the hard costs for the project in question (the “Construction Management Fee”). The Construction Management Fee shall be payable from the Operating Account or from other funds timely provided by Company.
Construction Management Fee. In the event that Manager supervises the construction or installation of tenant improvements to the Properties, Company shall pay Manager a construction management fee equal to 5% of the costs of the construction or installation of the tenant improvements.
Construction Management Fee. The Construction Management Fee not to exceed three and 95/100 percent (3.95%) of the Cost of Work, or Two Hundred Nine Thousand Six Hundred Nineteen and No/ 100 Dollars ($209,619.00), which sum will be finalized as part of the Contract Sum in the GMP Acceptance.
Construction Management Fee. The Construction Management Fee for the Project shall be either a ☒Lump Sum or ☐Not-To-Exceed Fee of Eleven Thousand, Seven Hundred Ninety-Seven Dollars and Fifty-Two Cents ($11,797.52).
Construction Management Fee. If Manager is requested by RREM to provide construction management services for new capital improvements (and not maintenance or repairs), RREM shall pay a construction management fee to Manager equal to seven and one-half percent (7.5%) of the total cost of such work performed costing $50,000 or more.
Construction Management Fee. Within 10 days following the date of invoice, Tenant shall, for supervision and administration of the construction and installation of the Landlord Work, pay Landlord a construction management fee equal to 3% of the aggregate contract price for the Landlord Work, which may be paid from the unused portion of the Construction Allowance (if any). Tenant’s failure to pay such construction management fee when due shall constitute an event of default under the Lease.

Construction Management Fee. If applicable, in consideration of the services performed by Manager as construction manager in an on-site management capacity, including, without limitation, the services described in Section 4.2(e) hereof, with respect to any Construction Work pursuant to this Agreement, Owner shall pay (or shall cause the applicable Property Owner to pay) to Manager the Construction Management Fee specified in Exhibit B attached hereto. Such Construction Management Fee shall be payable monthly in arrears.
Construction Management Fee. If Manager is requested by Owner to provide construction management services for new capital improvements (and not maintenance or repairs), Owner shall pay a construction management fee to Manager equal to 5.0% of actual aggregate cost of the redevelopment construction. The payment of the Construction Management Fee shall be subject to the limitations on acquisition fees and expenses contained in the Company’s charter.
