The “Base Building Construction Documents” means the final and complete construction documents dated September 18, 2017 which Landlord has submitted or will submit to the City of Austin in order for Landlord to obtain permits for construction of the Building, a copy of which was provided to Tenant. Within 7 months after the Execution Date, Tenant shall furnish Landlord’s Architect and Landlord’s Representative (as defined in Section 1(g) below), in hard copy (at least 3 copies at half- or full-size) and .pdf format, proposed construction drawings and specifications prepared by Tenant’s Architect (as defined below) for the Leasehold Improvements, including, without limitation, Tenant’s finish selections, mechanical loads, electrical loads and locations, and lighting and use requirements, if any, together with any underlying detailed information Landlord may reasonably require for its review (“Proposed CD’s”), for Landlord’s approval in accordance with Section 1(b) below (once approved by Landlord, the “CD’s”). “Tenant’s Architect” means one of the following licensed architects which are hereby approved by Landlord, and will be engaged by Tenant, at Tenant’s sole discretion, (i) Gensler, (ii) lauckgroup, or Sixthriver Architects, or another licensed architect who Tenant selects and will be subject to Landlord’s reasonable approval, to prepare the CD’s. Fail to (i) permit the Administrative Agent and the Construction Consultant (and their respective employees, agents and consultants) all required access to monitor the construction of the Project (including, without limitation, access to any off site facilities where materials designated for use in the Project are stored), (ii) promptly provide the Administrative Agent and the Construction Consultant with such information and access to the Project and individuals employed by Borrower, the Architect and the General Contractors as it may reasonably request for that purpose, (iii) promptly provide any information or documents concerning the Project, the Budget, any Construction Contract (including detailed identification of each significant subcontractor or supplier to the Project and the nature and dollar amount of the related subcontract or supply contract) or any Request for Loans as may be requested by the Administrative Agent or the Construction Consultant and (iv) promptly provide such information as may reasonably be requested by the Construction Consultant for the preparation of a monthly Construction Progress Report.

Construction Information. Association shall have the right to obtain information regarding the construction of the Complex, and to take action with respect thereto, as follows:

Landlord shall provide to the Tenant and the Architect any and all information that is necessary or reasonably requested by Tenant or the Architect for the preparation of the proposed Space Plan, Preliminary Plans or Tenant's Working Drawings, as applicable, including without limitation: the As-Built Plans and Specifications for the Premises and all portions of the Building and Building systems required or reasonably necessary for preparation of the Tenant's Working Drawings and (ii) to the extent not included in subsection (i) above, all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and, to the extent required, structural information and details to be provided by Landlord to the Architect for the preparation of Final Plans and Specifications for the construction of the Premises, including, without limitation, detailed plans and specifications of and information concerning the existing site conditions or the Improvements to be constructed, as applicable (collectively, the "Construction Information"). All Construction Information provided by Landlord shall be complete, correct and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and codes and contain sufficient detail and information, so as to allow for the Architect to prepare the Tenant's Working Drawings, for the construction of the Premises and Improvements, each free of defects and design inconsistencies.
