Construction General Conditions. Estimated Construction General Condition cost not included in the CM/GC Fee, shall be negotiated and included in the “Cost of the Work”. The CM/GC shall propose estimated Construction General Conditions costs that are cost-effectively tailored to the needs of this Project.

  • BUILDER’S RISK FOR CONSTRUCTION RENOVATION PROJECTS If the project is CONSTRUCTION RENOVATION of an existing structure, and the State has already determined that Contractor will not be obligated to obtain and maintain Builder’s Risk insurance, then the following provisions apply:

This information is subject to audit and payment for these costs is dependent on Owner’s receipt of accurate and complete records of all transactions. Owner may reduce the amount requested for General Conditions Costs in any Application for Payment if Owner, in its good faith judgment, determines that the unpaid balance of the General Conditions line item in the Schedule of Values is not sufficient to fund necessary General Conditions Costs for the remainder of the Project.

  • Construction Safety Prior to contract award, the successful bidder must provide a Certificate of Recognition or Letter of Good Standing issued by an occupational health and safety organization approved by the Workers’ Compensation Board of Nova Scotia.
