Construction Fencing. The Owner acknowledges and agrees to install construction fencing that is acceptable to the National Capital Commission along the National Capital Commission‟s property and fencing elsewhere acceptable to the General Manager, Planning and Growth Management, all at its expense, in such a location as may be determined by the General Manager, Planning and Growth Management.
Construction Fencing. Commence construction until temporary fencing has been erected on the entire length of all unfenced boundaries. The temporary fence must comprise removable wire or shade cloth (or other see-through material) and must provide only one vehicle access to the lot from the road or right-of-way.
Construction Fencing. Along every road, sidewalk or other access point bordering demolition operations construction fencing not less than 6 feet in height shall be erected to prevent unauthorized persons from entering the site of such operations.
Construction Fencing. The Developer shall maintain a perimeter construction fence in order to protect the life and safety of the public. The Developer shall always provide the Town Engineer with a current fencing plan.
Construction Fencing. Xxxxx Xxxxxxx will subcontract with a qualified vender to provide fencing for Phase II data recovery operations within the portion of the APE between Rural Road and Xxxxxx Xxxx. The fenced area will include the ROW of the former M&P&SRV RR (~6,400 linear ft). The area, as defined, will be fenced using temporary chain- link construction fencing. Our fee schedule includes the costs of the fencing subcontract and the administration of that subcontract. If in consultation with the COT, additional fencing or a different type of fencing is desired, then a cost modification may be required.
Construction Fencing. The Developer shall maintain a perimeter construction fence along the edges of the Development at all times during construction until the Town agrees that it is appropriate to remove this fencing in order to protect the life and safety of the public. Portions of the rights-of-ways may be used by the Developer as approved by the Town Engineer. The Developer shall provide the Town Engineer with a current fencing plan at all times during construction.
Construction Fencing. Protective fencing shall be erected at the property line, to create a solid continuous face for the height of the construction bridge or fifteen feet (15’), whichever is greater. The side of the fence that faces the pedestrian right-of-way shall be a smooth faced and uniform material such as plywood, with as few seams as practicable. The fencing shall be painted in bright primary colors. Graphics or theatrical and/or other advertising sign boards may be provided on the fencing.
Construction Fencing. Landlord acknowledges the importance that the perimeter of the Retained Land being at all times secured due to the nature of the operations at the Sypris Facility. Prior to the commencement of any clearing, construction staging, earth work or other construction activities on the Released Land (“Construction Commencement”), Landlord shall cause a six (6) foot chain link construction fence to be erected around the Released Land and a portion of the Retained Land upon which certain Landlord’s Work is to be performed (the “Construction Fence”). The Construction Fence shall be in the location set out on Exhibit “D-1”. A portion of the Construction Fence, which runs from the Released Land across the 100’ platted utility easement to the east of the Released Land (designated as the “Easement Fence” on Exhibit “D-1”) shall be constructed to be permanent and shall remain to connect the Permanent Fence (as defined below) to the existing fence running along the east side of the 100 foot platted utility easement. The Easement Fence shall include a gate on each side and shall be in accordance with specifications approved by Tampa Electric Company, which approval Tenant agrees to coordinate. Tenant shall be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the Easement Fence, subject to Landlord’s obligation to correct Defects as provided for in Section 12 below.
Construction Fencing. Prior to the commencement of construction, XX XXXXX LLC will erect and maintain construction fencing including silk fencing in order to screen the property and limit dust and other impacts on the community. XX XXXXX LLC shall maintain fencing free of dust and debris and in good order repair. All construction materials and equipment including portable toilets will be located behind construction fence for the duration of construction. Portable toilets will be maintained and cleaned regularly and locked when construction day ends.
Construction Fencing o This refers to fencing required to separate the Project from the public and the air-side of the airport. The fence design, construction, access points, security procedures, and location will need to be approved by the FAA. o The documents produced for the construction fencing, once approved by the FAA, will belong to the City and could be used by any construction firm. • Co-location Office o The costs associated with this item refer to the build-out of the space to be used as Developer’s site office. The following services will be performed at the site office: SOM on-site design services staff Collaboration among Developer team and KCAD Procurement of subcontracts Edgemoor management staff CWC project management staff for preconstruction services Subcontractor project management staff o The approximate number of staff occupying the site office to perform the above functions during the period prior to financial close will be 100. o The site office build-out would be usable by any replacement firm in the event of termination. • Office Expense o Office expenses are those costs for operating the CWC site office. Such costs include office machines (copiers, printers, computers, wifi, telephones, etc.), office furniture, office supplies, cleaning service, etc. • Travel o This covers travel (airlines, hotels, transportation, meals, etc.) for CWC, SOM, and SOM’s out- of-town consultants. o This does not include travel for Developer personnel—that is covered under “Developer costs”. • Vehicles and Transportation o Cost of company owned vehicles used by authorized personnel. • Information Technology o Cost to install company IT networks and servers o Monthly charges for telecommunications services • Xxxxx/Xxxxx/Xxxxxxxx Preconstruction: o The costs contained in this section are primarily for the CWC professional and administrative staff and some 3rd party consultants to perform the preconstruction services for the Project. The preconstruction services staff will be a combination of local Kansas City Area residents as well as support professionals that are located at CWC’s central offices. The primary function of the preconstruction services effort is to 1) develop a design that meets the program requirements of KCAD, 2) manage the design of the Project to meet the budget constraints of KCAD, and 3) develop and manage to a schedule that meets KCAD’s goals for the Project.
