Construction Document Preparation a. Based on the approved master plan, Halff shall prepare, for approval by the City, a complete and correct set of construction documents and specifications as defined below. Halff shall prepare and print four (04) draft sets of drawings for review and comment, and shall be submitted at 50%, 95% and 100% submittal stages as defined in the attached project schedule. Halff will provide the following drawings:

Project Plans Project plans will include at least the following plans and information:  Title sheet and Site Information sheets showing the location of the facility, the legend, background engineering and survey data and index for the plan sheets.  General development plans depicting surface water drainage features, stockpile locations site borrow and site restoration plans.  Stormwater and Erosion Control construction BMP requirements.  Existing Conditions plan  Base grading plansLayout plan showing proposed base liner system, leachate drainage and collection features.  Leachate lateral drainage collection details  Leachate sump and side slope riser system installationDetails showing temporary berms, liner tie-ins, base liner system, and leachate collection systems.  Landfill access road plans and details.  General development plans depicting waste movement requirements and surface water control.  Existing Conditions plan showing the approximate liner repair location and most recent waste depths  Geocomposite repair and cover soil placement directives  Details showing base liner and geocomposite and lateral drainage layer systems.  Construction coordinates and 3D surfaces will be provided. Project Manual SEH will also prepare project specifications which include the bidding documents and the technical specifications. The bidding documents will include, but not be limited to: the advertisement, bidding instructions and forms, simple contract, performance and payment bond forms, non-collusion affidavits, and general and supplementary conditions of the contract. The technical specifications will identify the general requirements for completing the work including a work summary, measures of payments, project meetings, submittals, material and equipment, health and safety, and contract closeout. In addition, the technical specifications will include the following sections required to complete the work during construction:

Specific construction document preparation scope of work tasks are as follows:
Construction Document Preparation. The approved Design Development documents provide the basis for the Construction Documents phase, which sets forth in detail the requirements for construction. The Architect will prepare Construction Documents consisting of drawings and written specifications setting forth in detail the construction of the Project, and including any required engineering disciplines, i.e., structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. In addition, the project specifications are completed and all requirements for submittal to the appropriate permitting jurisdictions are completed. Any final document revisions as directed by the CM will be accomplished during this phase following CM reviews at various stages of completion.

Construction Documents include, but are not limited to, the Specifications, the Drawings, the Supplementary Conditions, the General Conditions, and all Addenda.

  • Related Documents The words “Related Documents” mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security deeds, collateral mortgages, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Loan.

  • Other Transaction Documents Each representation and warranty made by the Servicer under each other Transaction Document to which it is a party (including, without limitation, the Purchase and Sale Agreement) is true and correct in all material respects as of the date when made.

  • Complete Agreement; Construction This Agreement, including the Schedules hereto, shall constitute the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and shall supersede all previous negotiations, commitments and writings with respect to such subject matter. The rights and remedies of the Parties herein provided shall be cumulative and in addition to any other or further remedies provided by law or equity.
