Construction Details. The Project will construct a riprap buttress at a landslide on the right bank of the Creek. The construction will excavate soil, create a keyway at the base of the bank and horizontal benches on the bank, place filter fabric over the excavation, and backfill the excavation with riprap conforming in size to Caltrans Facing Class. The Contractor shall liaise with building owners on behalf of the Broadband Communication System Owner and shall be responsible to obtain System installation permissions from the building owners.
