Construction Debris. Waste building materials resulting from construction, remodeling, repair or demolition operations at a Residential Unit, Municipal Facility, or Large Commercial or Industrial Unit.
Construction Debris. Lessee and Lessees contractor are responsible for the removal of all debris associated with Lessees construction to a legal off-site landfill. Debris shall not be allowed to collect on any common areas of the property (sidewalks, corridors, stairways, parking lots, or landscape areas). Debris shall not be placed in dumpsters provided by the Lessor.
Construction Debris. All construction debris shall be removed daily via the freight elevators, transported in appropriate containers so as to ensure zero leakage of debris or liquids. Debris shall not be allowed to accumulate so as to produce a fire hazard or block the path of egress. No construction debris can be placed in the property compactors or dumpsters.
Construction Debris. This Agreement to Collect, Transport, Process, and market Recyclable Materials and Organic Materials shall be interpreted to be consistent with State and Federal laws, now and during the Term of the Agreement, and the scope of this Agreement shall be limited by current and developing State and Federal laws with regard to Recyclable Materials and Organic Materials handling, Recyclable Materials and Organic Materials flow control, and related doctrines. In the event that changes in law limit the ability of the District to lawfully provide for the scope of services as specifically set forth herein, Franchisee and District agree to work in good faith to amend the scope of the Agreement so as to comply with such changes in law. Further, Franchisee agrees that the District shall not be responsible for any lost profits or damages claimed by Franchisee to arise out of further limitations of the scope of the Agreement set forth herein. Construction Debris. The Contractor is not obligated to pick up large quantities of construction debris unless previous arrangements are made between the resident and Contractor at an agreed upon price to be paid by the resident.
Construction Debris. Construction debris must be visually screened. All debris shall be removed from the site within fifteen (15) days after the occupancy permit is issued. If a debris pit is used during construction, protective fencing is required. Open burning of debris is prohibited. After construction is completed, temporary barriers, surplus materials, trash, and debris must be removed from the site. All backfill must be cleared of building material, stone, and rubbish.
Construction Debris. The contractor shall remove and dispose any generated construction debris from each unit on a daily basis and shall return the unit back to its original situation before construction. Due to the nature of the job, the amount of debris generated will be a lot and may require installation of additional trash bins on the street. The old cabinets, old counter tops, etc… shall be moved out of the residential units into the trash bin or be taken away out of the site on a daily basis. Storage Bin and Trash Bin The contractor shall provide bins and/or containers for the temporary storage of the cabinets and other related materials at the job site and/or in a nearby warehouse or in their own warehouse and to coordinate delivery of the cabinets and materials to the job sites on as needed basis whichever is more cost effective and works best for them.
