Construction Contract Documents. Those items designated as “Contract Documents” in the Construction Contract, and which together comprise the Construction Contract.
Construction Contract Documents. The Construction Contract Documents shall mean all design documents provided by the Professional Consultant for use in construction of the Project, performing the Work and the rendering of the Project fully operational. Such documents shall include, but not be limited to the plans, project manual and specifications prepared by the Professional Consultant, and any addenda and change orders thereto, and the Owner-Contractor Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT RISK or CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT RISK SERVICES or CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT RISK DELIVERY METHOD or CM at RISK DELIVERY METHOD - a construction method described in M.G.L. c. 149A wherein a Construction Management at Risk firm provides a range of preconstruction services and construction management services which may include cost estimation and consultation regarding the design of the building project, the preparation and coordination of bid packages, scheduling, cost control, and value engineering, acting as the general contractor during the construction, detailing the Trade Contractor scope of work, holding the trade contracts and other subcontracts, prequalifying and evaluating Trade Contractors and subcontractors, and providing management and construction services, all at a Guaranteed Maximum Price, which shall represent the maximum amount to be paid by the public agency for the building project, including the cost of the work, the general conditions and the fee payable to the Construction Management at Risk Firm. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT at RISK FIRM or CM at RISK – the individual, corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship, joint stock company, joint venture or other entity with whom the Owner has contracted pursuant to M.G.L. c. 149A, §§ 6 & 7, to provide Construction Management at Risk Services.
Construction Contract Documents. The Contract Documents issued by or on behalf of the DISTRICT under a Contract for construction of the PROJECT. Construction Contract Documents include all modifications issued by or on behalf of the DISTRICT. Unless otherwise expressly stated, references to the Construction Contract Documents are referenced to all of the Contract Documents issued for the Contract awarded for PROJECT construction.

Construction Contract Documents. Any changes to the construction contract documents (including scope, time and amount), authorized by the Sponsor, must be approved by the State prior to being implemented by the Sponsor in order to be eligible for reimbursement under the grant. All changes, as well as any notifications and approvals related to the changes, shall be documented in the final contract documents, change orders, and as built plans provided to the State at the end of the contract. Verbal requests and approvals are not sufficient as documentation for reimbursement. Final reimbursements will not be made until all documentation is received by the State.
Construction Contract Documents. Unless otherwise stated in the proposal, construction contract documents shall be complete and accurate and submitted for review and acceptance by the STATE in accordance with the NJDOT Capital Project Procedures. The construction plans shall be prepared on media for reproduction in accordance with standard STATE practices and accompanied by Special Provisions as directed under “Specifications” on the Department website xxx.xx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxx/xxx - construction plans shall be prepared in accordance with “Sample Plans, 2007”.
