Construction Completion. Acceptance by the Owner of the Work as evidenced by a Notification of Construction Completion executed by the Contractor, the Professional and the Owner. Construction Documents: Plans, specifications, change orders, revisions, addenda, and other information that set forth in detail the Work. Construction Manager: A person, persons, firm, partnership, limited liability company or corporation, regularly engaged in the management of construction projects, and so designated by the Owner. Construction Schedule: The timetable that sets forth pertinent dates for timely completion of the Work.
