Common use of Construction Completion Clause in Contracts

Construction Completion. Feld hereby unconditionally covenants and warrants as follows: (i) xxx Project shall be constructed in a good and workmanlike manner and all work shall be performed in accordance with the terms of Section 6.11 hereof; (ii) Feld shall fully and timely perform all of its other obligations unxxx this Agreement; and (iii) subject to Force Majeure, it shall cause (a) Substantial Completion of the Project to occur within twenty- one (21) months after the Construction Loan Closing Date; (b) Final Completion to occur within twenty-four (24) months after the Construction Loan Closing Date; and (c) all Final Closing Funding Conditions shall be satisfied prior to the Outside Date.

Construction Completion. Feld hereby unconditionally covenants cxxxxants and warrants as follows: (i) xxx the Project shall be constructed in a good and workmanlike manner and all work shall be performed in accordance with the terms of Section 6.11 hereof; (ii) Feld shall fully and timely perform pxxxxrm all of its other obligations unxxx under this Agreement; and (iii) subject to Force Majeure, it shall cause (a) Substantial Completion of the Project to occur within twenty- one twenty-eight (2128) months after the Construction Loan Closing Date; (b) Final Completion to occur within twenty-four thirty (2430) months after the Construction Loan Closing Date; and (c) all Final Closing Funding Conditions shall be satisfied prior to the Outside Date; and (d) completion of the Infrastructure by the date set forth and in accordance with the Infrastructure Improvements Agreement.
