Construction Completion Date. (i) Commercial general liability insurance for the Development Owner, listing the Department as an additional insured, in an amount equal to the greater of $1,000,000 or the amount of the Subaward.

Construction Completion Date. The term “Construction Completion Date” means the date on which an Eligible Project is first capable of being used for the purposes for which it is constructed, regardless of whether the Eligible Project is being used on that date. The Construction Completion Date is the earlier of:
Construction Completion Date. Advise developer to include a realistic completion date in the purchase and sale agreement. There are Interstate Land Sales Act, loan qualification and potentially rescission ramifications of the developer not meeting the date.
Construction Completion Date. The Borrower will proceed ----------------------------- diligently to construct and equip the Project, in accordance with the Project Cost Schedule and the Plans and Specifications, without delay. The Project shall be completed on or before the Completion Date and at completion the Project shall be free of any and all private or governmental charges or claims (filed or not) of any nature, except for the Permitted Liens. The Borrower will deliver to the Bank certified copies of all use, occupancy or completion certificates in connection with the Project, immediately upon issuance. As used in this Agreement the terms "complete", "completed", and "completion" mean, with respect to the
Construction Completion Date. (Phase 1): This date will occur no later than thirty-six (36) months following the Operations Commencement Date (Phase 0); provided, however, that upon written request of Developer to the City and upon Developer showing that it is diligently pursuing construction of Phase 1 of the Project, the City may consent to up to two (2) three-month extensions of the Construction Completion Date (Phase 1), followed by one (1) two-month extension of the Construction Completion Date (Phase 1), the first of which shall be consented to automatically by the City and any subsequent consent not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

Construction Completion Date. (i) The Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent in writing of the date it projects to be the Construction Completion Date (the “Projected Construction Completion Date”) at least thirty days prior to such Projected Construction Completion Date. If at any point after such notification, but prior to the Projected Construction Completion Date, the Borrower determines that such Projected Construction Completion Date will not be the Construction Completion Date, the Borrower shall promptly provide the Administrative Agent the revised Projected Construction Completion Date.
Construction Completion Date. “Construction Completion Date” shall mean the date by which Tenant is required to have completed construction of the Required Improvements, as set forth in Section I.B above.
