Construction Commencement and Completion. The Construction Documents shall contain such provisions for the protection of COPR and STWC as COPR and STWC shall deem appropriate; shall provide that the construction of the respective Project shall commence on a date certain following and subject to satisfaction of all Legal Requirements necessary to commence construction; and shall also provide that any contractor shall complete construction within such time as COPR and STWC agree following the commencement of construction. All contractors shall, at a minimum, warrant their respective portions of the work to be performed to be free of defects for at least one year after the Completion Date.

Construction Commencement and Completion. The Company shall commence construction of the Project not later than sixty (60) days following the successful procurement of all Required Permits and governmental approvals, which is preliminarily estimated to be August 31, 2022, but that date is a preliminary estimate and is subject to change due to Permitted Delays. The preliminary estimated date for the New IDI Facility Completion Date is June 30, 2024, but that date is a preliminary estimate and is subject to Permitted Delays.
Construction Commencement and Completion. The Construction Documents shall contain such provisions for the protection of the Band and Great Lakes as the Band and Great Lakes shall deem appropriate; shall provide that the construction of the Initial Phase of the Project shall commence on NIGC Approval, following and subject to the granting of all approvals necessary to commence construction; and shall also provide that any contractor shall exert its best efforts to complete construction within such time as the Band and Great Lakes agree following the commencement of construction. In addition, the Board shall have the right to approve the project schedule. The parties shall negotiate a coordination agreement prior to the commencement of construction work to minimize disruption to the operations of the adjacent schools, assure the safety of the school populations and public at large, and enhance schedule performance and the productivity of field operations. Upon completion of construction, Exhibit A may be replaced with a map showing the exact coordinates for the location of the leased parcel and improvements made by Xxxxxx as mutually agreed by the Board and Lessee.

Construction Commencement and Completion. Upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 8.2.1, each applicable Developer Party shall promptly commence and pursue with all due diligence the construction of the applicable Phase VI Improvements in compliance with the applicable Plans; the rules, regulations and requirements of all Governmental Bodies having jurisdiction; and with the requirements of the local fire insurance rating organization. All Project Work (including all Unit Work) shall be done in a good and workmanlike manner and otherwise in compliance with Applicable Laws, the relevant Plans, the Construction Documents, and any relevant Construction Loan, and this Agreement. All Phase VI Project Work shall be fully complete by the applicable Construction Completion Date.

As used in this Lease, completion of construction of the Parking Improvements shall be deemed to have occurred when Lessee has obtained a letter of acceptance for the Project from the State Construction Office and written acknowledgment from DACS (the date of such letter of acceptance from the State Construction Office and written acknowledgement from DACS being referred to herein as the "Completion Date"). Upon the Completion Date, the Project and the Parking Improvements shall become the property of Lessor and Lessor shall thereafter own, maintain and repair the Parking Improvements without contribution from Lessee and Lessee shall have no further obligations to Lessor with respect to the State Fair Parking. Lessee shall provide DACS with as-built drawings of the Parking Improvements and any manufactures' warranties within ninety (90) days of the Completion Date.
