Construction and Materials Testing. Xxxxxxxx’x subconsultant, Golder, will provide construction and material testing services for the project to verify compliance with the Contract documents which includes the following: • Excavation/foundation subgrade evaluation • Earthfill testing and concrete testing o Moisture content (8 tests) o Atterberg limits (4 tests) o Grain size distribution (4 tests) o Grain size distribution with hydrometer (4 tests) o Standard Xxxxxxx Test (4 tests) o Curing and Compression of Concrete Cylinders (40 cylinders) o Concrete field testing to include slump, air content, and temperature as required by the specifications o Earthfill field compaction testing as required by the specifications • Prepare daily testing reports to be included with Xxxxxxxx’x daily report Xx. Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, PE City of Xxxxx Creek Seven Oaks Lake Dam May 11, 2021 • It is assumed that Golder will provide an Engineer for approximately 20 hours per week and a Senior Engineer/Practice leader for approximately 4 hours per week during grading and spillway and storm system installation.

Construction and Materials Testing. Any construction and materials testing, as agreed to by the City and [“PROPOSER/ OPERATOR”], shall be performed by certified independent laboratories under contract to [“PROPOSER/ OPERATOR”] or its construction manager. [“PROPOSER/ OPERATOR”] shall furnish the City with certified copies of the results of all tests. [“PROPOSER/ OPERATOR”] shall have the right to submit to the City a list of certified independent laboratories for advance approval by the City, and the City agrees to notify [“PROPOSER/ OPERATOR”] promptly whether any laboratories on this list are not approved.
Construction and Materials Testing. Engage a contractor to provide construction material testing, including concrete inspections, concrete test cylinders, reinforcing steel inspection and provide an engineering and report review as necessary for the Project. ENGINEER shall provide two sets of blue prints (civils and structurals) and one copy of the specification book to ENGINEER's construction and material testing subconsultant.

Discuss whether the goals and objectives of the Agreement have been met and what improvements are needed, if any.

  • INSPECTION/TESTING All Products sold pursuant to this Agreement will be subject to inspection/testing by or at the direction of H- GAC and/or the ordering Customer, either at the delivery destination or the place of manufacture. In the event a Product fails to meet or exceed all requirements of this Agreement, and unless otherwise agreed in advance, the cost of any inspection and/or testing, will be the responsibility of the Contractor.

  • School Improvement Plans The School shall develop and implement a School Improvement Plan as required by section 1002.33(9)(n), Florida Statutes and applicable State Board of Education Rules or applicable federal law.

  • CERTIFICATION OF NO ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIALS OR WORK 8.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that no asbestos containing materials or work is included within the scope of the Work. The Contractor shall take whatever measures it deems necessary to insure that all employees, suppliers, fabricators, material men, subcontractors, or their assigns, comply with this requirement.

  • Materials and Improvements Title to materials, improvements, and other property required of PURCHASER by this contract shall vest in and become the property of STATE at the time such are furnished by PURCHASER and accepted by STATE. Only materials, improvements, and property free and clear of liens, claims, and encumbrances shall be furnished by PURCHASER. All existing improvements located on State land, and any improvements placed on State land by PURCHASER which become the property of STATE, shall be safeguarded by PURCHASER. If such improvements are injured, damaged, or removed from the areas of operations by PURCHASER or by contractors of PURCHASER, such improvements shall be repaired (or replaced, in the event of removal,) as soon as possible by PURCHASER, without cost to STATE.
