Constitutive Documents. Each Obligor will not, and will procure that no member of the Borrower Group will, amend its constitutive documents in any way which would or is reasonably likely to materially adversely affect (in terms of value, enforceability or otherwise) any charge or pledge over the shares or partnership interest of any member of the Borrower Group granted to the Beneficiaries pursuant to the Security Documents.
