Consortium Agreement. Xx. Xxx, Xxxxx and the Investors hereby agree and confirm that (i) Section 2.6 of the Consortium Agreement was unconditionally and irrevocably terminated on March 17, 2014 pursuant to Section 1.7 of the Prior Agreement and is of no further force or effect, (ii) Section 1.2(e) of the Consortium Agreement was unconditionally and irrevocably terminated on March 17, 2014 pursuant to Section 1.7 of the Prior Agreement and is of no further force or effect, (iii) Section 3.1 of the Consortium Agreement was unconditionally and irrevocably terminated on March 17, 2014 pursuant to Section 1.7 of the Prior Agreement and is of no further force or effect and (iv) except as contemplated by the foregoing clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) of this Section 1.7, the Consortium Agreement shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with the term thereof.
