Consolidated Utilities Billing Four-Day Workweek Schedule. Effective April 1, 1991, at the option of the County and the Municipal Services Agency, a supervisor of the Consolidated Utility Billing Section may be assigned to work ten (10) hours per day, four (4) days per week. Four-day workweek shall be subject to the following policies:
