The City hereby finds and determines that execution of this Agreement is in the best interest of the public health, safety and general welfare and is consistent with the General Plan, as amended by the General Plan Amendment approved as part of the Project Approvals.
Consistency with General Plan. Having duly examined and considered this Agreement and having held properly noticed public hearings hereon, the City Council has found and hereby declares this Agreement and the Entitlements are consistent with the General Plan and Specific Plan.
