Consideration to be Paid. In full consideration for the Equipment, and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Buyer shall pay to Seller the aggregate sum of Two Hundred Thousand US Dollars ($200,000.00) (the “Purchase Price”) as follows:
Consideration to be Paid. 14. Consideration to be Paid. The District hereby agrees to pay the Contractor consideration for the performance of the services that the Contractor is required to perform under Attachment A. During the term of this Agreement, payment for services and expenses will be paid monthly against invoices submitted by the Contractor to the District in accordance with the total cost and provisions set forth in Attachment B, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Consideration to be Paid. Paragraph 2 of the Agreement is amended as follows: The total fee to be paid by Board to the Consultant is amended to be Ninety-Three Thousand Dollars ($93,000.00) as consideration for the performance of all services that the Consultant is required to perform under Exhibit A to the Agreement dated March 21, 2006 and the additional services that the Consultant is required to perform pursuant to this Addendum.
