Consideration of Agreement. Executive acknowledges that Corporation has advised him in writing to consult with an attorney before signing this Release and that he has been given at least 21 days to consider whether to execute this Release. For purposes of this 21-day period, Executive acknowledges that this Release was delivered to him on , 20 , that the 21-day period will expire , 20 , and that he may have until that date to consider the Release.
Consideration of Agreement. Employee represents that: (a) Employee has had sufficient time to consider Employee’s options regarding this Agreement; (b) Employee has been provided with accurate and complete information regarding the benefits that are available to Employee under the terms of this Agreement; (c) Employee has not been subjected to any threats, intimidation, or coercion by the Company in connection with this Agreement; and (d) the terms of this Agreement have been written in a manner that Employee understands.
Consideration of Agreement. I acknowledge that, before signing this Agreement, I was given at least 21 days in which to consider this Agreement. I waive any right I might have to additional time within which to consider this Agreement. I further acknowledge that: (1) I took advantage of the time I was given to consider this Agreement before signing it; (2) I carefully read this Agreement; (3) I fully understand it; (4) I am entering into it voluntarily; (5) I am receiving valuable consideration in exchange for my execution of this Agreement that I would not otherwise be entitled to receive; (6) the Company, by this writing, encouraged me to discuss this Agreement with my attorney (at my own expense) before signing it, and that I did so to the extent I deemed appropriate; and (7) any changes made to this Agreement, whether material or immaterial, will not restart the 21 day consideration period. I understand that I am entitled to revoke this Agreement, in writing, within 7 days once I sign it. Such revocation must be delivered to the Company as provided herein within the 7 day period, in which case I will receive no benefits and this Agreement will not go into effect. If I do not revoke this Agreement, it will become enforceable on the eighth day after I sign it. The Company need not sign this Agreement for it to become effective.

If I initially did not think any representation I am making in this Agreement was true or if I initially was uncomfortable making it, I resolved all my doubts and concerns before signing this Agreement. I have carefully read this Agreement, I fully understand what it means, I am entering into it knowingly and voluntarily, and all my representations in it are true. The consideration period described in the box above my signature started when I first was given this Agreement, and I waive any right to have it restarted or extended by any subsequent changes to this Agreement.
Consideration of Agreement. If initially the Executive did not think any representation made in this Agreement was true or if initially the Executive felt uncomfortable in making it, the Executive has resolved all the Executive’s doubts and concerns before signing this Agreement. The Executive has carefully read this Agreement, the Executive fully understands what it means, the Executive is entering into it knowingly and voluntarily, and all the Executive’s representations in it are true. The consideration period described in the box above the Executive’s signature began when the Executive first was given this Agreement, and the Executive waives any right to have it restarted or extended by any changes made to this Agreement after the Executive’s first being given a copy of it.
Consideration of Agreement. This Agreement shall be reviewed in accordance with this clause L3. A review is intended to provide a forum for consideration of proposed amendments to the terms of particular Parts of or Schedules to this Agreement.
Consideration of Agreement. Both Parties acknowledge that, before signing this Agreement, they have carefully read this Agreement; they fully understood it; it is written in a manner that is understandable to both of them; and they are entering into it knowingly and voluntarily.

I waive any right I might have to additional time within which to consider this Agreement. I understand that I may discuss this Agreement with an attorney, at my own expense during this period. I understand that I may revoke this Agreement within 7 days after I sign it by advising the Company orally or in writing within that seven (7) day time period of my intention to revoke this Agreement. I have carefully read this Agreement, I fully understand what it means, and I am entering into it voluntarily. I am receiving valuable consideration in exchange for my execution of this Agreement that I would not otherwise be entitled to receive, consisting of the benefits described in Paragraph (a) of this Agreement. If I revoke my acceptance of this Agreement within such 7 day time period, or if I fail to accept this Agreement within the 21 day time period, then Charter shall have no obligations under this Agreement, including but not limited to any obligation to pay or provide the payments specified in this Agreement.
Consideration of Agreement. Employee may consider this Agreement prior to signing for up to 21 days from the date Employee receives it. Employee understands, however, that Employee is free to sign and return this Agreement at any time within the 21-day period. The parties agree that any changes in this Agreement made prior to signing whether material or not do not restart the 21-day period for consideration.
