Consideration for the License. 3.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, in consideration of the rights, privileges and license granted hereunder, the Company shall make payments to the Licensor as set forth in, and in accordance with the provisions of, this Article 3.
Consideration for the License. The consideration for the grant of the license to YAK shall be One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000). Simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement by the parties hereto, YAK shall pay to MainStreet the sum of twenty-five thousand ($25,000.00) dollars as initial payment on account of the full consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by MainStreet.
