Common use of Conservation Officers Clause in Contracts

Conservation Officers. Employees will be credited with eight (8) hours of compensation for each of the holidays, provided the employee is in a payroll status the scheduled work day preceding the observed holiday and the scheduled work day following the observed holiday.

Conservation Officers. Employees will be credited with eight (8) hours of compensation for 5 each of the holidays, provided the employee is in a payroll status the scheduled work day 6 preceding the observed holiday and the scheduled work day following the observed holiday.

Conservation Officers. Employees will be credited with eight (8) hours of compensation for 2 each of the holidays, provided the employee is in a payroll status the scheduled work day 3 preceding the observed holiday and the scheduled work day following the observed holiday.
