Common use of Consequences of Termination Clause in Contracts

Consequences of Termination. In the event of termination of this Agreement, Sections 4, 8, 9, 10, 12(b), 12(e), 16, 20 and 23(b) shall survive such termination of this Agreement. Section 15 of this Agreement shall survive for a period of two (2) years following termination of this Agreement. Termination of this Agreement shall immediately and unconditionally revoke any and all powers of attorney granted to the Sub-Adviser under this Agreement.

Section 15 of this Agreement shall survive for a period of two five (25) years following termination of this Agreement, except for Section 15(d), which shall survive in perpetuity. Termination of this Agreement shall immediately and unconditionally revoke any and all powers of attorney granted to the Sub-Adviser under this Agreement.

Consequences of Termination. In the event of termination of this Agreement, Sections 4, 8, 9, 10, 12(b), 12(e), 16, 20 and 23(b) shall survive such termination of this Agreement. Section Sections 10 and 15 of this Agreement shall survive for a period of two (2) years following termination of this Agreement. Section 15 of this Agreement shall survive for a period of two (2) years following termination of this Agreement. Termination of this Agreement shall immediately and unconditionally revoke any and all powers of attorney granted to the Sub-Adviser any party under this Agreement.

In the event of termination of this Agreement, Sections 45, 87, 9, 10, 12(b11, 15, 17, 23, 24(b), 12(e), 16, 20 24(f) and 23(b24(h) shall survive such termination of this Agreement. Section 15 of this Agreement shall survive for a period of two (2) years following termination of this Agreement. Termination of this Agreement shall immediately and unconditionally revoke any and all powers of attorney granted to the Sub-Adviser under this Agreement.

Section 15 of this Agreement shall survive for a period of two eighteen (218) years months following termination of this Agreement. Termination of this Agreement shall immediately and unconditionally revoke any and all powers of attorney granted to the Sub-Adviser under this Agreement.

Consequences of Termination. In the event of termination of this Agreement, Sections 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12(b), 12(e), 16, 20 and 23(b) and Appendix A shall survive such termination of this Agreement. Section 15 of this Agreement shall survive for a period of two (2) years following termination of this Agreement. Termination of this Agreement shall immediately and unconditionally revoke any and all powers of attorney granted to the Sub-Adviser under this Agreement.

Consequences of Termination. In the event of termination of this Agreement, Sections 43, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12(b), 12(e), 16, 20 and 23(b20(b) shall survive such termination of this Agreement. Section 15 12 of this Agreement shall survive for a period of two (2) years following termination of this Agreement. Termination of Any Fees calculated in accordance with this Agreement shall immediately and unconditionally revoke any and all powers of attorney granted accrued up to the Sub-Adviser under date of termination and not yet paid by such date of termination shall, notwithstanding termination, be payable at the next following payment in accordance with this Agreement.

Consequences of Termination. In the event of termination of this Agreement, Sections 46, 8, 9, 10, 12(b)11, 12(e)12, 16, 20 18, 24, 25(b), 25(f) and 23(b25(h) shall survive such termination of this Agreement. Section 15 16 of this Agreement shall survive for a period of two (2) years following termination of this Agreement. Termination of this Agreement shall immediately and unconditionally revoke any and all powers of attorney granted to the Sub-Adviser under this Agreement.
