Consequences of Misuse. ABRET is committed to protecting its intellectual property for the benefit of all accredited facilities and the general public as consumers. If a facility fails to comply with this policy or otherwise misuses an accreditation certificate, the ABRET name, or other intellectual property of ABRET, then ABRET may revoke or take other action with regard to the facility’s accreditation status in accordance with the ABRET ACCREDITATION ADVERSE ACTION POLICY. If the facility is not accredited by ABRET at the time of the misuse, then ABRET will require corrective action as a condition of eligibility for accreditation should the facility seek accreditation at a later time. In addition, ABRET may pursue other remedies that may be legally available.
Consequences of Misuse. 9.1 GS1 India has taken protection against unauthorized use of DataKart portal under applicable laws in India. Unauthorised use means, use of DataKart portal by any company or at any country without registering with GS1 India or had previously registered with GS1 India but has discontinued (cancelled/ terminated/ revoked) at a later date due to any reason.
Consequences of Misuse. Any use of personal electronic devices that disrupts the learning environment or violates these guidelines may result in disciplinary action and/or confiscation of the device. Confiscated devices will only be released to the student's parent/legal guardian after following established school procedures.
Consequences of Misuse. Students who make inappropriate choices in computer usage will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including the loss of computer privileges. All discipline guidelines stipulated in the student handbook apply to activities engaged in while using technology. Consequences of Misuse. Misuse of personal or school technology resources while on or near school property, in school vehicles, and at school-sponsored activities, as well as the misuse of school technology resources via off-campus remote access may result in disciplinary action up to and including expulsion. This document will be used in accordance with CCS School Board policies and CCS school handbooks. In addition to disciplinary action, the student’s use of school technologies may be suspended or restricted. CCS may temporarily hold (pending parental or same-day pick up) personal technology resources that are used inappropriately. Furthermore, intentional unauthorized access and/or damage to networks, servers, user accounts, passwords, or other district resources may be punishable under local, state, or Federal law.
