The Member District acknowledges that the MEUHP may utilize certain information provided by the Member District for analytical purposes, as long as such use is consistent with the business associate agreements executed between the parties. My Door View will also be free to use any ideas, concepts, or techniques contained in the Information for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, and marketing products and services incorporating such Information.

GIVEWORX will be free to reproduce, use, and distribute the Information to others without restriction. GIVEWORX will also be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in the Information for any purpose whatsoever including, without limitation, developing, manufacturing and marketing products and services incorporating such Information.
Consent to use information. 6.1 The Licensee agrees with this notice that the Licensor company may collect, store, process and use diagnostic, technical, related and other information about the use of the Program, including, but not limited to, unique system or hardware identifiers, information about a computer and equipment, system software and applications, additional devices, about the use of the functionality of the Program, problems in the operation of the Program, which is periodically collected in order to activate the Program, improve the functionality of the Program, facilitate the process of interaction between the Licensor and the Program, improve technical support services, including those provided under a separate agreement (if any).
