Common use of Consent to Service Clause in Contracts

Consent to Service. Service of any and all process which may be served on any party hereto in any suit, action or proceeding related to this Agreement may be made by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, to Employee or Employer at their respective addresses for notice as set forth in Section 20 and service so made shall be taken and held to be valid personal service upon such party by any party to this Agreement on whose behalf such service is made.
