Consent to Lease. Guarantor hereby unconditionally consents to the terms, covenants, and conditions of the Leases.
Consent to Lease. Mortgagee hereby consents to the Lease and all of the terms and conditions thereof.

Consent to Lease. By each of its execution below, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, AZSTA, the Club, NCS and SD hereby consent to the Lease. In no event shall the undersigned’s consent to the Lease amend, modify, supersede or alter in any way, the terms and provisions set forth in the Parking Agreements. Nothing herein shall in any way restrict the City, AZSTA and the Cardinals from amending, modifying, supplementing or extending the Parking Agreements; provided, however, that any such amendment, modification, supplement or extension shall not be effective against Lessee, or otherwise modify any Party’s obligations under the Lease or this Consent, if such amendment, modification, supplement or extension would have a material adverse effect on Lessee’s rights or obligations in the Lease or this Consent, including, without limitation, Lessee’s right to use the Leased Parking Spaces as permitted by the Lease (or the Orange Lot as contemplated by this Consent).
Consent to Lease. Pursuant to Section 6.3 of the Xxxxxxx Ground Lease, Xxxxxxx hereby acknowledges its prior written consent to the Lease in the form executed by Landlord and Tenant and acknowledges that the pursuant to the terms of the Lease, Tenant may make Alterations (as defined in the Xxxxxxx Ground Lease), including mechanical and infrastructure services, HVAC and utilities consistent with the Demised Premises being occupied by a single tenant notwithstanding such Alterations being located on all parcels which make up the Land; provided however that Tenant’s Alterations will not cause the relocation of any of the base building mechanical elements from where they are installed by Landlord.
Consent to Lease. Big T-Woodridge hereby consents to the execution of the Lease by Big T Investments and agrees to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the Lease affecting Landlord as if Big T-Woodridge were a part thereto. To the extent any provision of the Lease requires action by the holder of fee title to the Property, Big T-Woodridge shall perform such action notwithstanding any agreement or other matter between Big T Investments and Big T-Woodridge which might limit or otherwise excuse Big T-Woodridge from such performance.

Consent to Lease. ASA shall have obtained consents from Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada and Granite State Economic Development Corporation (the "Consents") with respect to the Lease of the Real Estate.

Manager acknowledges that the Landlord has, under the Lease, (i) an interest in the Improvements and a potential right to lease Tenant's Property pursuant to Section 5.3 of the Lease, (ii) certain rights to moveable and immovable property under Sections 5 and 7 of the Lease and (iii) certain rights with respect to the House Bank and the Capital Replacement Fund under Sections 5, 7 and 19 of the Lease.
Consent to Lease. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, each Member by execution of the signature page of this Agreement, ratifies and approves the terms and conditions of the Lease and the Company's execution and delivery as of the Effective Date. A copy of the Lease shall be available for review at the Company's principal offices. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, each Member hereby authorizes, directs and empowers the Board of Managers from time to time upon the unanimous consent of the Board of Managers in its reasonable discretion to execute and deliver, for and on behalf of the Company, any and all future amendments to the Lease, and any other agreements, certificates, documents, and other instruments determined, in the reasonable discretion of the Board of Managers, to be necessary and/or advisable to effect the purposes of the Lease.
