Consent to Disclose. You agree that Mercer is entitled to disclose information (including confidential information) relating to this License or you to regulators having jurisdiction over its their business. You also agree that, notwithstanding any other provision in this License, Mercer may include the identities of those persons who are identified by you as contacts persons for you and information about the terms of this License in their internal client management, financial and conflict checking database.
Consent to Disclose. The Borrower confirm that the Bank may for the purposes of credit reference checks, verification, assignment, etc. disclose any information /documents relating to the Borrower (pertaining to the Facility availed by the Borrower) to any third party appointed by it. The Borrower further authorize the Bank to disclose said information /documents to RBI, income tax authorities, credit bureau, statutory bodies, third parties, credit rating agencies, databanks, corporates, banks, financial institutions or any other government or regulatory authorities, statutory authorities, quasi-judicial authorities.
Consent to Disclose. Customer consents to Xcel Energy’s disclosure of the existence, terms, and status of this Agreement consistent with Commission data privacy requirements. Customer further acknowledges that pursuant to Section 3 of this Agreement, Xcel Energy may disclose any information and documents Customer provides to Xcel Energy pursuant to this Agreement. Customer also consents to Xcel Energy’s disclosure of any information concerning the EV Supply Infrastructure and related services provided to Customer that Xcel Energy has in its possession, including “customer data” as defined by Commission rules, to address Xcel Energy’s reporting requirements in Commission proceedings, including without limitation those established in Proceeding No. 20A-0204E. To the extent the Commission requires any additional written consent from Customer for disclosure of such information, Customer agrees to cooperate with any such request by Xcel Energy. Without limiting the foregoing, by signing this Agreement and participating in the Program, the Customer consents and authorizes Xcel Energy to provide the Customer’s information related to the Agreement or the Program to third parties, including but not limited to the Colorado Energy Office and the Regional Air Quality Council, for the purpose of administering the Program, coordinating with other third parties offering EV programs and ensuring that Program participants are not receiving funding multiple times for the same equipment and/or costs.
Consent to Disclose. The Borrowers and the Guarantors confirm that AUSFB may for the purposes of credit reference checks, verification, assigement, etc. disclose any information/documents relating to the Borrowers and the Guarantors (pertaining to the Facility availed by the Borrower) to any third party appointed by it. The Borrowers and the Guarantors further authorize AUSFB to disclose said information /documents to RBI, income tax authorities, credit bureau, third parties, credit rating agencies, databanks, corporates, banks, financial institutions or any other government or regulatory authorities, statutory authorities, quasi-judicial authorities.
Consent to Disclose. The Government shall have the right to disclose whenever it considers appropriate or upon request by any third party (written or otherwise) without any further reference to the Beneficiary any information on the Project including without limitation, the name and address of the Beneficiary, description of the Project, the Project Cost, the Funds and Company’s Contribution as the Government may think fit.

The last page of this engagement agreement contains a “Consent to Disclosure of Tax Return Information.” We include this because TTSNW shares an office, software and employees with Xxxx Xxxxxxxx LLC. Xxxx has been doing taxes for over 30 years and is a trusted and crucial source for advice to all of us here at TTSNW. Your return will not be viewed by anyone other than TTSNW staff unless we seek Xxxx’s guidance. Filing Your Individual Return Our engagement to prepare your 2016 tax returns concludes with the delivery of the completed returns to you (if paper-filing), or your signature and our subsequent submittal of your tax return (if e-filing). It is YOUR responsibility to TIMELY return the signed e-file authorization form (8879) to us as we CANNOT file the return without it. If you are taking the 8879 home to be signed YOU are responsible for returning it BEFORE the due date of the return. In the event information is requested by either parties on a joint return, that information will be furnished without obtaining the consent of the other party.
Consent to Disclose. Cybernet reserves the right to provide any Customer or potential Customer bound by a non- disclosure agreement access to a list of Cybernet's Customers and a description of the Services purchased by such Customers. Customer consents to such disclosure; including the listing of Customer's name and the Services purchased by Customer (financial terms relating to the purchase shall not be disclosed).
Consent to Disclose. Applicant hereby consents to the dissemination to subsidiaries and affiliates of the Bank of information in the Bank's possession relating to the Application in connection with any proposed participations by the Bank of any of the rights and obligations hereunder.

If such information is requested by either Corporation, then the other party shall use, or cause its direct and indirect subsidiaries to use, reasonable efforts to obtain such prior consent and shall not be required to disclose such information unless and until such prior consent has been obtained.
