Common use of Consent to Assignment Clause in Contracts

Consent to Assignment. Contracting Party consents to the collateral assignment under the Security Agreement of all of Assignor’s right, title and interest in, to and under the Assigned Agreement (collectively, the “Assigned Interests”).
